On behafl of management, staff and children, I would like to welcome you to Sanskar English Medium
School. If your child is to join us soon, we hope that this is the beginning of a very happy time for you and

can work actively together in the process of educating your child. The home-school partnership is an
important ingredient in your child’s education and we have always enjoyed strong and supportive links

Dear Parents,
In this constantly ever changing society the young minds are pitted with drastic changes in
their environment. In these formative years they need a genial, tranquil and natural learning
environment. The Sanskar English Medium School provides all these to the child. With the
ever increasing demand of competitions, fast changing values, pressure of challenging career
and increasing love for materialistic life, it has become difficult for the individuals to maintain
its prim values intact. We at SEMS try to imbibe values of love, culture and knowledge through
education that enables them to adjust and adapt to the emerging society of multicultural
thoughts, beliefs and religions. It fosters them with the courage that kindles optimism and the
willpower not to give up during adversities.

The school where the quality matters the most we try to reflects the kaleidoscope of learning,
adventures, creativities and positive approach of our young minds through value based and

LINKED ADMISSION
SEMS does not accept any donation for admissions from parents, children or anyone else. It
collects only the specified fees. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries who, for their personal
gain, offer to intervene on your behalf. You could be depríved of admission of your child as well as
your hard earned money.
From the very beginning the boys and girls will be encouraged to take part in the School’s Co-
curricular Activities. They are meant to mould the character, foster team work, promote the spirit
of co-operation and service and bring out the qualities of leadership so necessary for success in
life. Parents will be called upon to provide necessary tools and means to make the co-curricular
activíties of the School a real success. Parents’ co-operation should be available to the school
always.
Co-curricular activities are a part and parcel of the school programme. These activities aim to
discover and develop latent talents of the students and to achieve their all round development.
Students have to take part in games and sports regularly. Regular coaching is given to them in
Crícket, Basket-ball, Hand-ball, Hockey and Gymnastics. Every year many players are selected
for games at the State and National levels.

THE CLASSROOMS
At SEMS we believe in the all-round education of the children in our care. Our
curriculum is further enriched through theatre visits, educational field trips, visiting
authors, poets and storytellers, through playing in and hosting sports tournaments.
These and many area very special and important part of what SEMS has to offer.
• Regular and varied educational field trips are arranged throughout the year both
locally and further afield. Overnight stays and extended visits are arranged annually
for pupils. Visitors from the community are also invited into school to complements
studies.
• The school offers a wide selection of after-school activities from sports such as
football and basketball to other activities such as Drama, Art, Music and Cooking.
• Education is a partnership between school and the home. SEMS fosters strong
links between the parents and teachers and values positive support. As parents
you are automatically members of the Parent – Teacher’s Association and can
become more involved in school life.
SEMS is involved in the wider community. An awareness of social issues is
promoted through the support of various environmental and children’s charities.
Whatever the project, children of all ages are encouraged to take part.

Sanskar Educational & Social Development Society, a Registered Society has established and
administers all the educational institutions of the Diocese. Sanskar English Medium School
Managing Committee exercises its power in accordance with the rules laid down by the Founder
Body. Admission are open to all irrespective of caste or creed. As a rule boys & girls who are 3
years of age will be admitted in Nursery Class. A corresponding age scale is fixed for the
succeeding classes.
1. It is obligatory for both the parents to be present with the child at the time of interaction.
2. Registration forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the
Registration period.
3. Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be processed.
4. It is Compulsory to attach:
a. The Original Birth Certificate from the Municipality with one attested photocopy of the same.
(The original birth certificate will be returned at the time of submitting the Registration Form
after verification.
b. Latest passport size photograph of the candidate.
c. Aadhar Card, Address Proof, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill.
5. Registration does not imply or guarantee admission. Only those boys and girls who in the
opinion of the Principal, are able to follow classes in English will be considered for admission.
6. RTE Act 25% seats are reserved (Free Education)
7. The Registration forms are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Discipline
SEMS’s students will be expected to conduct themselves as
gentlemen/gentlewomen whether in school or outside. Punctuality and
regularity will be instilled in the students from the very beginning.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious
to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a
pupil. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct,
both in and outside of school. Hence misbehaviour in public streets and
conveyance is liable to incur dismissal. Any breach of discipline and above
all discourtesy and disrespect to teachers in any way will be taken
seriously and student responsible for such misbehaviour will be
summarily dismissed. All students are to abide strictly by the discipline
and rules laid down by the school authorities. Use or possession of
tobacco, intoxicants and any kind of harmful drugs is strictly forbidden.
Electronic equipments, cell phones, transistors, cassettes, cd’s, dvd’s
etc., are not allowed to be brought to the school. Breach of such discipline
will entail expulsion from the school. The Principal is fully empowered to
rusticate, suspend or take necessary action in case of indiscipline.
Drayer Aseumbly
The School begins everyday’s programme
and work with the prayer assembly. It is
obligatory for all children to participate in
the prayer assembly. The assembly
commences with a prayer to the Almighty to
shower abundant blessings on the
Students, staff and parents and on the day’s
studies and work. During the assembly
students are taught how to pray and
experience God. Moral instructions for
character formation is given besides the
general announcements.
Sanskar English Medium School has
been started by a well-known trust called
Sanskar Educational & Social
Development Society. Managed by the
trustees and run on a non-profit basis,
this aesthetically designed school is
located behind the Veterinary Hospital,
Darbar Chowk, Sanchore. The school has
been started with the noble intention of
helping the all-round development of
students. The fundamental aim of the
management is to prepare hones,
hardworking and rational future citizens
of India, by providing them with a
practical as well as value-based
education. The school has a number of
curricular, co-curricular and extra-
curricular activities.

Essay writing, Hand writing competition, Cut & Paste competition, Dance &

The children also take part in Inter school competitions. From time to time
various festivals like Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas and Holi are celebrated in the
school campus with zeal and enthusiasm. Every year on the occasion of
children’s day Bal-mela is organized.
The Senior and Junior Literary Societies have their meetings once a week;
they organise debate, speeches, drama, quiz and many other competitions.
Excursions, Hikes, Holiday Camps and Educational Tours are regular feature
and the students are encouraged to take part in them; they enrich the mind
and strengthen the body of the student.
